Reaserch & Documents
During my undergrad, I was able to work on projects that go beyond audio and music in the hearing sense. These projects focused more on the analytical side of music and I have showcased it in written forms. Please look at the work I have below to learn more about them.
Oscar G. Brockett Theatre Sound System Design Package

The system's main goal is to provide the space with new and easily reconfigurable equipment for students depending on the system's needs. The system is flexible for theater, dance, screenings, music, and effects for various shows. The reconfiguration of this system was designed to be done by students with minimal effort. The simplicity of the connections and standard technology helps with the consistency and ease of use.
This was designed to use any brands the students wanted and on any budget since the final design was all to be a hypothetical proposal. The above picture is part of the signal flow diagram which depicts how the system is all connected. To see the full diagram, system rigging, equipment list, and 3D sound diagrams of the speakers then please download the file above for an in-depth look at this project.
Honors Thesis: The Practicality and Future of Artificial Musicians
Machine learning and robotics are continually contributing to the advances of technology in many fields. Music is no exception: Artificial intelligence learns how to imitate and create new works using musicians’ performances and movements. Robots are created to be able to play and perform on traditional instruments to imitate human melodic expression. This paper explores the methods and advancements that allow these artificial musicians to exist. Also, it will explore the uses of these technologies and how they will affect the future of music both practically and ethically.
This was my final thesis that I researched and wrote as part of my requirement to graduate with Special Honors. I was one of the first 15 students to go through this program. I completed this thesis with a grade of an A by both my facility advisor and my honors advisor. This thesis was written in IEEE format and was based on a subject that I found to be interesting.
